The RSVP Rental properties listed below are available during most of the Off-season (before Memorial Day, 2008 and afterLabor Day, 2008). There is a 3 night minimum for Holidays - 2 night minimum all other times. All Holidays are booked at Week-end Rates, (the first rate listed).

Most Off-Season vacation homes have fireplaces with firewood (if wood burning) and standard amenities such as TV/VCR's or DVD's, Coffee makers, music systems, laundry facilities, sheets & towels, fully equipped kitchens, phones, microwaves and BBQ's, close access to Lake Michigan
and (almost) Free Peace and Quiet!

Once a Vacation Home has been reserved, the following actions should occur:

We will email you a Confirmation Letter a Rental Agreement and the POM Security Deposit Waiver which you should print, fill in your payment options, sign and fax back to us at 269-469-5525 within 3 days. The signator on the Confirmation Letter must be the same name that appears on the credit card on file. Without a signed Confirmation Letter your reservation will automatically be cancelled within 7 days!

Your first payment of 1/2 the rent plus the POM Security Deposit Waiver fee will be charged to your credit card on the day of your booking, or is due in our office within 7 days of your booking, if you are paying by check.This date is posted on your Confirmation Letter.

Your second payment is the balance of the rent plus the cleaning fee and tax and any additional charges like crib rentals, and is due in our office 3 weeks before your arrival. This date is also posted on your Confirmation Letter. We will automatically process your credit card payment at this time.

RATES:

WEEK ENDS - Are not Discounted. The Week-end daily rate is the first rate listed below.
WEEK DAYS - (Monday through Thursday) are discounted rates - Shoulder Season Rates (through the Color Season - Mid October) and Off-Season Rates (Mid October 2007, until the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend, 2008).
