GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO USE THE FOLLOWING
PROPERTIES PAGES AND GENERAL RULES ABOUT POLICY (WHICH MAY ALSO BE FOUND ON THE FAQ PAGE).

will lead you to pictorial and informative layouts highlighting each of RSVP
Rentals current
vacation properties. The individual homes' pages may be printed out on a single sheet of
paper. The vacation homes are listed in each category from South to North or from
Grand Beach to Sawyer, the extent of Harbor Country (approximately 17
miles). Before calling RSVP Rentals, view the homes listed, choose
several appropriate* homes,
then call to check on availability and book! You are welcome to make an
appointment to see us in Union Pier and we will show you the homes before you commit to them but we
will not put a 'hold' on a home for more than 24 hours.
The demand for summer homes is large, and the supply is very small, so viewing
the web site, then calling us is the fastest way to contact us to try and secure
your reservation. By the time you email us and we are able to respond, available
weeks in homes have come and gone.

Once a Vacation Home has been reserved, the following actions should occur:
We will email you a Confirmation Letter , POM Security Deposit Waiver and our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will print, fill in your payment options, sign and fax back to us at 269-469-5525 within 3 days. The signator on the Confirmation Letter must be the same name that appears on the credit card on file. Without a signed Confirmation Letter your reservation will automatically be cancelled within 7 days! You must also download the Rental Agreement from the property page of your rental home, sign, fax or mail back to us before your arrival (at the time you fax back the Confirmation Letter is recommended).
Your
first payment of 1/2 the rent plus
the
POM
Security Deposit Waiver fee is due in our office
within 7 days of your reservation if you are paying by check.This date is also posted on your Confirmation Letter.
If you are paying by credit card we will process your payment
immediately
after
we have emailed your Confirmation Letter, POM and
Vacation
Rental
Agreement. We will also email you a Payment Receipt whenever we receive
or charge a payment.
Your second payment is the balance of
the rent plus the
cleaning fee and tax
and any
additional charges like crib rentals, and is due in our office 3 weeks
before your arrival. This date is also posted on your Confirmation Letter. We
will automatically process your credit card payment at this time if you are not
paying by check, and email you a
payment confirmation.
OUR 3 BASIC POLICIES:
There is a week minimum rental during the summer. You may rent multiple weeks if available.
*Before calling us please take a look at the appropriate sized home for your group - we do not allow more than the listed amount of persons per home. We do not include crib infants in the total count.
All of our homes are no pets (in or on the property) and all are
no smoking inside the home.
